Al\u00e9m disso,&nbsp; o evento contou com uma enorme variedade de oficinas para os alunos dos cursos. Eles perceberam o engajamento dos alunos durante a semana e tamb\u00e9m observaram que a escolha do tema foi avaliada de forma positiva. \u201cAs salas estavam cheias e os alunos ficaram at\u00e9 quase 23h em toda a programa\u00e7\u00e3o, participando com bastante anima\u00e7\u00e3o. Acredito que isso seja a melhor medida para um evento de sucesso\u201d, comenta o professor de Gastronomia Jo\u00e3o de Andrade<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante o evento, os alunos aprenderam tanto a teoria quanto a pr\u00e1tica dos dois cursos. Al\u00e9m disso, tamb\u00e9m puderam entender a rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre eles e olhar de maneira diferente para essas profiss\u00f5es. \u201c A experi\u00eancia dos profissionais nos incentiva a nos tornarmos grandes profissionais tamb\u00e9m. Isso \u00e9 algo maravilhoso&#8221;, exp\u00f5e Willy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Investidura das d\u00f3lm\u00e3s e dos jalecos<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A semana promoveu pela primeira vez a investidura das d\u00f3lm\u00e3s para os estudantes de gastronomia. \u201cFoi um ritual muito importante. Nunca tinha visto esse momento em outras faculdades, eu mesmo n\u00e3o tive, por isso fiquei muito feliz em entregar as d\u00f3lm\u00e3s, porque j\u00e1 vejo neles os grandes profissionais que ser\u00e3o\u201d, compartilha o professor Jo\u00e3o.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para os alunos, a cerim\u00f4nia teve grande valor. \u201cA investidura da d\u00f3lm\u00e3 me trouxe uma alegria enorme. Como gastr\u00f3loga tenho a responsabilidade de restaurar uma vida, um sorriso e encantar cora\u00e7\u00f5es por meio da comida\u201d, afirma Maira Batista, estudante do quarto semestre de Gastronomia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O jaleco e a dolm\u00e3 caracterizaram a atua\u00e7\u00e3o do profissional nessas \u00e1reas do conhecimento. \u201cEles t\u00eam um significado importante na \u00e1rea da sa\u00fade, pois investem o profissional que tem conhecimento para exercer a sua fun\u00e7\u00e3o e ao mesmo tempo promovem prote\u00e7\u00e3o. Por isso, o profissional precisa n\u00e3o somente vestir, como tamb\u00e9m, honrar a vestimenta com esse significado profissional que ela tem\u201d, afirma a doutora M\u00e1rcia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante o evento, os estudantes de Nutri\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m foram investidos no jaleco, como j\u00e1 aconteceu em outros anos. \u201c Eu participei da investidura e fiquei muito feliz com esse simbolismo, tanto do jaleco quanto das dolm\u00e3s\u201d, finaliza Sonia Christina, estudante do quarto semestre de gastronomia.<\/p>\n\n\n<div
