Atualmente 1.650 jovens residem dentro da institui\u00e7\u00e3o. Para atender esse grupo s\u00e3o servidas cerca de 5 mil refei\u00e7\u00f5es todos os dias. O card\u00e1pio \u00e9 montado dentro de especifica\u00e7\u00f5es ovolactovegetariano, sem a presen\u00e7a de qualquer tipo de carne.<\/p>\n<p>A nutricionista da institui\u00e7\u00e3o, Michelle Fernandes, selecionou algumas dicas importantes, denominadas por ela de \u201csegredinhos\u201d, para atingir n\u00edveis satisfat\u00f3rios de ingest\u00e3o de prote\u00edna na alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o. Ela ainda ressalta que saber combinar os alimentos \u00e9 o principal ingrediente na hora de substituir a carne pelo regime alimentar servido no Unasp-EC.<\/p>\n<p>Confira as dicas:<\/p>\n<p>1. Mantenha o prato com alimentos de diferentes cores. Essa parece uma dica simples, no entanto, quanto mais colorido for a forma\u00e7\u00e3o do prato (folhosas e legumes), maior ser\u00e1 a ingest\u00e3o de nutrientes de diferentes grupos;<\/p>\n<p>2. Arroz e feij\u00e3o devem ser amigos insepar\u00e1veis. A combina\u00e7\u00e3o tipicamente brasileira tem um grande valor nutritivo, possuem amino\u00e1cidos essenciais com caracter\u00edsticas diferentes, mas que juntas formam uma \u00f3tima combina\u00e7\u00e3o proteica;<\/p>\n<p>3. Consuma ovos de galinha (de prefer\u00eancia cozido), a por\u00e7\u00e3o pode conter at\u00e9 9 gramas de prote\u00ednas e vitamina B12 (encontrada principalmente nas carnes vermelhas);<\/p>\n<p>4. Seja amigo das leguminosas (ervilha, lentilha, gr\u00e3o de bico, soja), pois s\u00e3o fontes de prote\u00edna vegetal, vitaminas e minerais e ferro;<\/p>\n<p>5. Acrescente cogumelos nas prepara\u00e7\u00f5es. 100 gramas de cogumelo pronto, possui prote\u00edna compat\u00edvel em quantidade a um peda\u00e7o de 100 gramas de carne vermelha;<\/p>\n<p>6. N\u00e3o procure um \u00fanico alimento para substituir a carne, o segredo dos ovolactovegetarianos de sucesso \u00e9 conhecer as propriedades dos alimentos e fazer uma reforma alimentar legal;<\/p>\n<p>7. Sementes oleaginosas, como as am\u00eandoas, nozes, avel\u00e3s e castanha de caju, s\u00e3o ricas em prote\u00ednas, al\u00e9m de conter vitamina C, complexo B e minerais. S\u00e3o \u00f3timas fontes de gorduras mono e poli-insaturada, o que faz aumentar o colesterol bom (HDL) diminuindo o risco de doen\u00e7as cardiovasculares;<\/p>\n<p>8. Coma espinafre, pois \u00e9 uma fonte de prote\u00ednas vegetal.
