A princ\u00edpio, no per\u00edodo em que o curso esteve 100% online (devido \u00e0 pandemia), os alunos praticaram em suas casas. Contudo, com o retorno gradativo das aulas presenciais, eles puderam voltar ao laborat\u00f3rio de t\u00e9cnica diet\u00e9tica da institui\u00e7\u00e3o e colocar a &#8220;m\u00e3o na massa&#8221;. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>De acordo com a coordenadora do curso de Gastronomia, Ma. Evellin M\u00fcller, o retorno das aulas pr\u00e1ticas foi muito importante, apesar do estudante n\u00e3o ter tido nenhum preju\u00edzo no que diz respeito \u00e0 aprendizagem. &#8220;Os professores se reinventaram. Eles fizeram demonstra\u00e7\u00f5es pr\u00e1ticas online, incentivando os alunos a realizarem as prepara\u00e7\u00f5es em suas casas. Acompanharam simultaneamente as d\u00favidas e procedimentos&#8221;, afirma. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">DE VOLTA AO LABORAT\u00d3RIO<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Com a finalidade de unir o conhecimento adquirido em todas as disciplinas do semestre, os estudantes participaram do Projeto Integrador, proposto pelos professores. Antes de ir para o laborat\u00f3rio, eles prepararam a ficha t\u00e9cnica detalhada dos pratos que seriam apresentados aos jurados. Em outras palavras, ela entende que a pr\u00e1tica desse projeto \u00e9 o que o mercado de trabalho espera. &#8220;O fato de aprendermos a criar uma empresa do zero, em cada detalhe, incluindo a planta, card\u00e1pio, custo, venda, margem de lucro, \u00e9 uma experi\u00eancia para encorajar a colocar em pr\u00e1tica tudo que aprendemos&#8221;, ressalta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dessa forma o estudante de Gastronomia \u00e9 estimulado a se dedicar ao m\u00e1ximo na execu\u00e7\u00e3o dos trabalhos na gradua\u00e7\u00e3o. &#8220;A gente passa aperto para dar o nosso melhor, mas sabemos que isso \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio, pois o mercado de trabalho e a concorr\u00eancia l\u00e1 fora exigem profissionais cada vez mais capacitados&#8221;, conclui a futura
