O telhado verde é uma técnica muito usada na arquitetura sustentável. Com o objetivo principal de trazer benefícios para o meio ambiente ao plantar árvores, folhagens, gramas e outras plantas nas coberturas de residências, edifícios e até indústrias.
Os telhados verdes garantem isolamento térmico e acústico aos ambientes internos. Além de atribuir novas funções como um espaço de lazer, descanso e jardinagem. Os impactos positivos para o meio ambiente também são um ponto a ressaltar nesse tipo de projeto.
E para inspirar os futuros (e atuais) arquitetos separamos alguns projetos inspiradores que possuem como características principal a escolha do telhado verde.
1- Seascape Retreat
Andrew Patterson é o arquiteto neozelandês responsável pelo projeto da Seascape Retreat. O local escolhido para a construção, que é uma espécie de pousada, é a Península de Banks. Nascida de restos de erupções vulcânicas e localizada em uma ilha no Sul da Nova Zelândia.
A casa conta com três quartos, uma sala de estar, um hall de entrada e um banheiro. O telhado verde destaca a inserção do refúgio com a natureza. A vegetação da montanha cobre o telhado de maneira contínua, dando a sensação de união e continuidade.
2- Edifício Casa América
O número 279 da Avenida América, um local tranquilo e arborizado na cidade de Porto Alegre, foi escolhido para abrigar um edifício residencial enxuto e contemporâneo.
Com seis apartamentos distribuídos em 748 m2 de área construída. No último pavimento, foi projetado um espaço de lazer e descanso. O terraço vegetado possui tecnologia que dispensa rega diária e maiores manutenções, graças à contínua presença de água e nutrientes em sua base.
3- Casa MM
A Casa MM é pautada pela questão climática. Todos os ambientes têm ventilação priorizada por meio de portas camarão de madeira. Brises-soleil que podem ser inteiramente abertos e filtram a entrada de luz natural para o interior da residência.
O teto verde também funciona como isolante térmico, pois ameniza a incidência do sol que é acentuada pelos outros materiais utilizados na construção; como a madeira nas laterais e o concreto nas extremidades. O projeto é do arquiteto Marcio Kogan.
4- Casa RD
Com linhas minimalistas a Casa RD privilegia a funcionalidade e sobriedade. Localizada em Brasília, a residência preza por características como charme e conforto. O projeto é assinado pelos arquitetos Filipe Monte Serrat e Manuela Dantas, em parceria com Camilo de Lannoy.
5- Casa HLM
A construção projetada pelo escritório Bá, fica a 30km da cidade de Santa Maria, no Rio Grande do Sul. Hoje a casa é uma residência no campo, enxuta, minimalista e dinâmica. O telhado verde dá mais sustentabilidade ao projeto. Feito com 18 cm de água constante abaixo da grama para não precisar regar com regularidade.
6- Casa 63
A Casa 63, localizada em São José dos Campos, interior de São Paulo, foi idealizada pelo escritório paulista Sonne Müller Arquitetos. Feita em estrutura metálica, a residência está dividida em seis módulos e em dois pavimentos. O lote que comporta o programa da casa tem, ao todo, 470m². O telhado verde é um espaço reservado também para uma horta.
7- Condomínio Baleia
A permeabilidade contígua entre interior e exterior e a fusão privilegiada com a paradisíaca praia da Baleia, na cidade de São Sebastião, não restringem a privacidade desejada em cada unidade. O terreno desalinhado orienta a implantação das casas, suavemente separadas pelos jardins verticais nos muros cegos. Projeto feito pelo arquiteto Raphael França.
